Who we are

Athlora (“we”, “us”) curates runcations, training plans, and coaching for runners across India. If you have any questions about this policy, email us at letsrun@athlora.in

What information we collect

When you reach out to us through our website contact form, our Instagram enquiry form, or WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to share, typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about your running experience, goals, and the race or plan you're interested in.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, help you pick the right race or plan, and arrange your booking. This includes sharing the necessary details with accommodation, transport, and race-day partners for your specific trip. If you sign up for our email updates, we'll use your email to send you those, and nothing else.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed to run your trip or respond to your enquiry: with our website host, our form provider, and the accommodation, transport, or race-day partners involved in your specific booking. Where a race is booked through an external travel partner (for example, the Ladakh Marathon through Adventra), that partner has its own privacy practices for the booking made through them.

Payments

We don't process payments on this website. Payment links are sent to you directly, usually over WhatsApp or email, for you to complete securely. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not currently use cookies or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to support your trip and for our own basic records, and delete or anonymise them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing letsrun@athlora.in

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if anything about how we handle your information changes. The date above shows the most recent revision.

Still standing? Good. That's the point.
